Integrated Security System Plaza Mandiri

Plaza Mandiri is the headquarter building of PT. Bank Mandiri tbk, Bank Mandiri one of the Leading Bank in Indonesia, with more than 12.000 employees working here and 7.000 visitors visit every day, make the Plaza Bank Mandiri become very complex and busy building. The Mandiri Management was understand that security is the priority concern to improving services and comfort.

Bank Mandiri trusted STS to provide total integrated solution to Plaza Mandiri. We design a security systems that can be easily manage and operation by security operator and We installed Access Control solution with 500 HID iClass Reader & HID biometric readers and supplied 25.000 HID Corporate 1000 Card.

The Access control has been custom developed to be Integrated with Easylobby Secure Visitor Management (SVM). The integration allows you to grant temporary access card to certain visitors from 15 EasyLobby SVM Workstations at the Entrance Lobby and Basement. 14 Lanes Kaba Pedestrian Barrier installed at the Lobby and 17 Tripod Turnstile at Basement to control the visitor access. To make Visitor feel more safe and secure, some X-ray baggage scanner installed at entrance.

For monitoring asset & facuilty in Plaza Mandiri, we install more than 1000 Bosch Analog and IP Camera with hundreds terabyte video storage. Thank to Bosch VideoSDK to make easily to developed an advanced integrated solution. With the video integration make access control system possible to pop-up Live or Recorded Video when an alarm triggered. Now the security operator can easily to call the footage video with simple mouse click at any Access Control’s event transactions.

We installed the Traka Intelligent Key Cabinet System to manage hundreds conventional key. The system automatically records when a key is used and by whom on a database. Traka systems also maintain a simple to use, yet effective, fully audited history of Bank Mandiri's key transactions which are made available for quick display via the software reporting function. Secure the keys to physical assets including buildings, facilities, equipment and vehicles and avoid keys going missing, getting misplaced or getting into the wrong hands.
